A Documented Process.
Every entry in the Dranevon archive passes through a structured six-stage process before publication. The methodology documented here reflects the journal as it operates — not as an aspiration, but as a working record of how content is built and maintained.
How an entry is built.
Topic Identification
Topics are identified from three channels: reader submissions via the contact form, gaps observed in the existing archive, and emerging patterns in published nutritional research. Each proposed topic is logged and assessed against the existing entry catalogue to avoid duplication.
Source Identification
Research is gathered exclusively from published nutritional journals, independent third-party verified studies, and qualified wellness professionals with documented credentials. Each source is assessed for recency, publication standing, and relevance to the Jakarta urban context before inclusion.
Field Observation
Practices are observed and documented in real Jakarta environments across a minimum two-week window. Observation sites include workplace settings, outdoor fitness areas, domestic morning routine contexts, and nutrition sourcing locations within the city. Notes are logged in structured daily documentation.
Draft Construction
Entries are written in the editorial voice established across the archive — observational, fact-grounded, without aspirational or marketing-register language. Drafts incorporate source citations directly and maintain a word count of 600–1,200 words for long-form entries.
Editorial Review
Each draft is reviewed by a second team member against the source documentation. Review checks factual accuracy, vocabulary compliance, source attribution, and adherence to the editorial tone guide. Entries failing review are returned to draft stage with documented annotations.
Quarterly Revision
Published entries are reviewed every quarter against updated nutritional research. Entries where source evidence has been superseded are annotated with revision notes and date-stamped. Entries that no longer reflect current consensus are archived and marked accordingly rather than deleted.
What the archive will and will not carry.
The editorial position of Dranevon is observational, not prescriptive. Entries document what has been observed, tested, and cross-referenced against published nutritional research. They do not provide personal guidance, instructional directives, or individual recommendations.
The archive does not carry content that uses marketing-register language, makes performance claims, or implies outcomes for specific individuals. Entries that cannot be sourced to published research or qualified professional knowledge are not published.
Dranevon is an independent wellness resource focused on everyday nutrition and active lifestyle practices for men. The content is not affiliated with any governmental or institutional body.

Revision policy
All entries are reviewed quarterly. Annotations are added when research evolves. Entries are never silently edited — all revisions are date-stamped and documented in the archive log.
Where research comes from.
Nutritional Journals
Published peer-reviewed nutritional and wellness research from internationally indexed academic journals. Minimum publication date: within 7 years of current archive cycle.
Qualified Professionals
Contributions and reviews from qualified nutrition and wellness professionals with documented, verifiable credentials. All contributors are named with their professional designation.
Field Documentation
First-hand observational records from structured documentation sessions in Jakarta. Field notes are logged, dated, and cross-referenced against research-based benchmarks before inclusion.
Independent Verification
For supplement-related entries, independent batch verification summaries and certificates of composition are sourced directly from suppliers or third-party verification bodies.
How accuracy is maintained.
The Dranevon verification process was documented formally in 2022 and has been revised twice since. The current version — Revision 04-B — adds a structured cross-reference check between field observations and source documentation, introduced after an internal audit identified inconsistencies in earlier entries.
Ingredient profiles referenced in the archive are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Source cross-reference
Each factual claim is traced to a specific published source. Claims without a traceable source are removed from draft.
Field observation alignment
Field notes are reviewed against source claims. Divergences are documented and explored rather than resolved by defaulting to research.
Second-pass editorial review
A second team member reviews all entries independently before publication sign-off. Review notes are archived with the entry.
Quarterly audit cycle
The full archive is audited each quarter. Entries where source evidence has evolved are annotated with revision date and nature of the change.
